Where an account is closed by tk719 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in proportion to the severity of the breach, following investigation. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (such as regulatory compliance), verified balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Limitation of Liability
